How long does the transition take?
30-60 days from signed contract to full operation. We coordinate old equipment removal, installation, room refresh (if included), and resident onboarding. Everything coordinated around your building's schedule for minimal disruption.
What if a machine breaks?
Service calls can be submitted via app, email, or phone. Fully-stocked techs are dispatched. You never see a repair bill, all service, parts, and labor are covered. We own the problem until it's solved.
Can I switch mid-contract?
We work with buildings whose contracts are expired or expiring within 12 months. Longer timeline? We can still provide a proposal for future planning. Many managers start early to ensure a smooth transition.
Do you work with small buildings?
Absolutely. We serve buildings from 20-unit co-ops to 500+ unit high-rises. Whether you have 2 machines in a basement or multiple laundry rooms on every floor, we customize solutions for your specific building size and needs.
